Competitive Stipend

The OKPPTC internship is a 2000-hour internship, occurring over a year beginning on August 1.  The stipend is $45,000 per year and is paid bimonthly through direct deposit from OKPPTC to the intern.  It is a 5-day workweek, typically M-F

Primary and Secondary Site Training

Interns are chosen for a Primary Site and a Secondary Site with consideration of preference.  The Primary Site will be home for clinical training three (3) days a week and the Secondary Site will be the clinical training location the remaining two (2) days a week.  Site supervisors or other faculty onsite provide individual supervision each week, for a total of 104 hours of individual supervision for the year.

Didactic Experiences

Didactic training occurs on a monthly basis

at sites across the Consortium. This will require travel (up to approx. 2 hours), regardless of your Primary or Secondary Site location(s), at some point throughout the year.  Monthly Didactics are opportunities to be alongside your fellow interns at sites across the Consortium. In addition, there is a 2-hour virtual didactic training that occurs once a month as well.
